2. Conducting the Action
2.1 On the website www.corona.de/Olympics, a participant can enter the "Corona Olympia Sweepstakes" by truthfully filling out the participation form (title, first name, last name, email address).
The provisional winners are notified immediately on the screen and asked to follow the instructions to claim their prize. Winners also receive a confirmation email to the email address used for registration, confirming their prize. They must follow the instructions within 4 days of the first contact and are required to provide proof of identity and eligibility. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions either on the screen or in the confirmation email within 4 days of the first contact, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify this provisional winner and return the prize to the promotion prize pool to be won by another participant during the promotional period.
Provisional winners must complete and return the release forms (collectively for proof of eligibility, liability waiver, and, where legally permissible, publicity release forms) in accordance with the organizer's instructions within 4 days of the forms being sent. Guests must complete the same forms before accompanying the winner and as a condition of accompanying the winner. If a provisional winner and guest do not respond within 4 days of the first contact or do not provide the release forms within the specified period, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify this provisional winner. If a provisional winner is disqualified, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner, provided there is enough time. Alternate winners may have less time to respond.
Anheuser-Busch InBev Deutschland GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to request the original receipt for possible verification until the end of the Action. For this purpose, the participant must send the original receipt to Anheuser-Busch InBev Deutschland GmbH & Co KG at their own expense.
2.2 The collection of required personal data is solely for the purpose of conducting the Action. The data is collected and processed by Promo Veritas Ltd. for the purpose of processing the Action. The data will not be passed on to third parties. All data will be stored only for the purpose and necessary duration required to conduct the Action and will be deleted thereafter, unless there are legal retention periods.
2.3 Winners will receive a separate prize notification via the provided email address or a text message to the provided phone number. There will be no notification to non-winners. Transfer of the prizes is excluded.
2.4 Participation in the "Corona Olympia Sweepstakes" is only possible within the above-mentioned period. Registrations received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw, regardless of the reason for the delay.
